Keys

Bearer nl_test_ or nl_live_. Test keys never hit a carrier. Live POSTs require Idempotency-Key. Browser trial uses trl_ after SMS OTP.

Sessions

Every call opens a session. stream_url is session events, not audio. Audio is a TelDev WebRTC peer with a client token minted by /v1.

Fail closed

Unproven campaign approval is 422 campaign_not_approved. A from-number you do not own is 422 number_not_owned. Trial or included minutes gone is 402.
